1. All Sales Are Final

 

 

Due to the delicate nature and value of original artwork, all sales are final. Once a transaction is completed and the artwork has been shipped or collected, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

 

We strongly encourage all buyers to:

 

  • Review the artwork details (dimensions, medium, condition) carefully before purchasing.

  • Contact us for additional photos, videos, or clarification prior to completing the purchase.

  • Ask for a video call or virtual viewing if necessary.

 

 

 

 

2. Damaged or Lost Shipments

 

 

Although we take every precaution to ensure artworks arrive safely, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

 

In such rare cases:

 

  • All shipments are insured, and we will assist in filing a claim with the courier or insurance provider.

  • You must provide clear photo or video documentation of the damage and the packaging.

 

 

Please note: Refunds will only be considered in cases where a valid insurance claim is approved by the carrier and confirmed with our team.

 

 

 

3. Custom and Framing Requests

 

 

If you have requested custom framing, installation, or any special modification to the artwork, these services are non-refundable under all circumstances.
