YOUR PARTICIPATION PACKAGE
Your participation includes the following services:

Your selected artwork will be presented in the dedicated PERSIAN GULF Online Viewing Room on the Zarin Galleria website during the exhibition period.
2 — Artist Profile
Your artist profile and biography will be presented alongside your selected work, providing visitors with context about your artistic practice.
3 — Digital Exhibition Catalogue
Your selected work and artist information will be included in the official digital exhibition catalogue.
4 — Digital Promotion
Your participation will be included in the official digital communication and promotional activities of PERSIAN GULF through Zarin Galleria’s designated channels.
5 — Certificate of Participation
You will receive a digital certificate confirming your participation in the PERSIAN GULF exhibition.
6 — Collector Enquiries
Enquiries received regarding your exhibited artwork may be forwarded to you for follow-up, subject to the information and contact details you provide.

One-time participation fee per selected artist
The participation fee covers the services outlined in the PERSIAN GULF participation package above.
There are no application fees. The participation fee applies only to artists who have been selected and invited to confirm their participation.

HOW TO CONFIRM YOUR PARTICIPATION

STEP 2 — Confirm Your Participation
Complete the confirmation process to indicate that you agree to the participation terms.
STEP 3 — Complete the Payment
Pay the one-time participation fee of €89 through the secure payment process provided on this page.
STEP 4 — Receive Your Confirmation
Once your payment has been confirmed, Zarin Galleria will contact you regarding the next steps, including the final artwork information and exhibition preparation.
PARTICIPATION TERMS
Please review the following terms before confirming your participation.
1. Exhibition Format
PERSIAN GULF is a digital exhibition presented through an online viewing platform. Participation does not include physical exhibition space or an in-person event unless separately agreed in writing.
2. Participation Fee
The participation fee is €89 per selected artist. The fee covers the services specifically listed on this page.
3. Artwork and Artist Information
Artists are responsible for providing accurate artwork details, biographies, images, and contact information. Zarin Galleria may request additional information where necessary for exhibition preparation.
4. Copyright and Image Permission
Artists retain ownership of their original artwork and copyright, subject to applicable law. By participating, artists authorize Zarin Galleria to use the submitted artwork images and artist information for the exhibition, its catalogue, and related promotional activities.
5. Selection and Presentation
The exhibition presentation is curated by Zarin Galleria. The gallery determines the final presentation format and may request suitable image files or additional information before publication.
6. Sales and Collector Enquiries
The exhibition provides an opportunity for online presentation and potential collector enquiries. Participation does not guarantee artwork sales, collector contacts, or a particular level of audience engagement.
7. Payment and Confirmation
Participation is confirmed after the required payment has been received and the artist has completed the necessary confirmation steps.
8. Refunds and Cancellation
The applicable cancellation and refund policy must be reviewed before payment. Any refund terms will be stated clearly before the artist confirms participation.
9. Exhibition Dates
The planned exhibition period is 1–15 December 2026. Zarin Galleria will communicate any material changes to participating artists.
